Embark on a private and unforgettable gastronomic experience in the heart of Mali Ston Bay. Your adventure begins with a scenic boat ride from the harbor to a secluded floating wooden dock, reserved just for you and surrounded by the tranquil sea and sun.You’ll be welcomed with traditional homemade brandy and local sweet treats like sugared orange peel and almonds. Then, learn all about oyster farming—its history, methods, and local significance—directly from your guide and captain.
Taste up to eight oysters per person, freshly harvested and served raw or grilled based on your preference. If you're feeling adventurous, roll up your sleeves and try harvesting oysters yourself!
The experience continues with a traditional seafood stew (Buzara), prepared right in front of you using local shellfish—scallops, clams, mussels, and prawns—known as the "sea pearls" of the bay.
Enjoy sparkling wine (one bottle per two guests) and still or sparkling water while taking in the peaceful beauty of this protected marine environment.
